Who you're buying from
These terms apply when you buy a digital product from aidigitalspace.com. The seller is Mirko, who runs AIDigitalSpace. Orders are processed by Creem as reseller and merchant of record, so Creem's buyer terms also apply to the payment.

Your licence
You may use the files for yourself and your own business, and edit them as you like. You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files or the Google Sheets copy link, in original or edited form.

What the products are
The spreadsheets and guides are planning and productivity tools. They aren't tax, legal, financial or accounting advice. Tax figures are estimates based on the rates you enter; check them with a qualified professional before you rely on them.

Prices and delivery
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies. Files are delivered by email and download link right after payment.

Liability
The products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
