What this policy covers

This policy covers the digital products sold on aidigitalspace.com, such as the Freelancer Finance Kit and the Freelancer Time-Saver Kit. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for each order.

If something is wrong with your files

If a file doesn't open, is missing or doesn't match the product page, email me within 14 days of purchase with your order number. I'll send a working file, and if I can't fix the problem, I'll refund you in full.

Change of mind

Products are delivered as instant downloads. If you're in the EU or UK, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available.

I still review change-of-mind requests sent within 14 days, case by case.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
