Mirko
AI Tech Writer & Founder, AIDigitalSpace
I write AIDigitalSpace to keep track of what's changing in AI, tool by tool — and to pass along what holds up once the marketing gets stripped away.
Why I Started Writing About AI
I'm not an AI expert — I'm deeply curious. I got pulled into AI at the very start of 2025, and by May 2025 that curiosity had turned into AIDigitalSpace: a place to track which tools hold up and write down what I find.
Part of why I keep doing this: I think AI is going to reshape daily work and daily life for most people, not just developers, and I'd rather stay ahead of that than catch up later. Writing it down forces me to understand a tool instead of skimming its landing page.
If something works, I write about it. If it doesn't, I say so. The goal is to stay current as this keeps changing, and share what I learn instead of sitting on it.
I've researched and reviewed 50+ AI tools across productivity, creativity, and privacy, always checking marketing claims against what a real, non-technical user experiences.
The story of the site itself is on the About page.

How I Review Tools
Every post makes clear which of two things I did.
Tested vs researched
I tested means I used the product myself. I researched means I haven't, and the post is built from the vendor's own documentation, current pricing pages, and independent sources. I never claim hands-on use I don't have.
- Prices and plans are checked against the vendor's pages before publishing.
- Updates: I revise posts when a tool changes pricing or features, and I drop tools that shut down or close their programs.
- Unverified claims are flagged in the post instead of presented as fact.
- Affiliate links never decide a ranking. Tools without a program still get covered. Read the full disclosure.
What I use myself
My current paid AI plan is Claude. Day to day I also use Alexa+ on an Echo, Todoist, Motion and Akiflow for tasks, AirPods Pro, a Fitbit Charge 6, AirTags, a travel eSIM, and a power bank. I've used Frase at a basic level. Everything else on the site is research, and the post says so.

Free Tools I Built
Affiliate Links
Some links may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. They never change what I recommend.
No Paid Reviews
I don't accept payment for coverage. If I recommend something, it's because I genuinely think it's good.
